This makes it possible to effectively apply the distancing and traffic management measures in the clinic.<\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Thank you for your understanding!<\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>HYGIENE MEASURES <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>IMPLEMENTED IN ALL OUR CLINICS<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #696a6c;\">Systematic screening of ALL patients<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #696a6c;\">Installation of transparent panels at reception<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #696a6c;\">Compulsory hand washing and disinfection for all<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #696a6c;\">Frequent washing of shared areas including counters and payment terminals<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #696a6c;\">Display of hygiene rules addressed to employees and patients<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #696a6c;\">Staff awareness to reduce contact and maintain distances<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #696a6c;\">Floor stickers to respect the distance of 2 meters in common areas<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p>Wearing a mask is compulsory for everyone. We invite patients to bring their mask. If necessary, disposable masks will be available for those who do not have them.<\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>PROTOCOL FOR ALL OUR PROFESSIONALS DURING PATIENT CONSULTATION<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Wearing a new mask and\/or a visor (gloves if necessary)<\/li>\r\n<li>Equipment cleaning and disinfection between each patient<\/li>\r\n<li>Daily assessment of the health of all our staff. Quarantine rules are in place if necessary.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>TRIAGE OF PATIENTS IN OUR CLINICS<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">The following are mandatory questions that will be asked to all of our patients before scheduling or confirming an appointment and\/or when visiting the clinic.<\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #696a6c;\">In the past 14 days, have you had flu-like symptoms such as: fever, cough and difficulty breathing?<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #696a6c;\">To your knowledge, in the past 14 days, have you been in contact with a person affected by the coronavirus?<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">If yes to any of these questions, patients are not accepted in the clinic and will be offered an appointment when their situation is less at risk.<\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>NEED TO STAY AT HOME?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Please note, that in certain situations, we may offer delivery by post of batteries or certain products that do not require a meeting with your hearing care professional.
